Filter Foam

They are produced through the process of reticulation of polyurethane ester and ether based foams which is followed by the opening of pores.

They are extremely successful in filtering of liquid and air. They perform the filtering function perfectly owing to their homogeneous pore structures. Different pore alternatives are available depending on the grain sizes of the particles to be filtered. They are named according to different cell types between 10PPI-120PPI.

Allowing continuous use with their washable, elastic and water-resistant structures, these products are widely used in automotive sector, air-conditioners, household electrical appliances and aquarium filters.

They are used in ceramics sector with the chemicals they are impregnated with.

Abrasive types are used as scouring sponge in cleaning applications and used for cleaning of suede leather and nubuck in shoe industry.
