Polyethylene Foam

LDPE Polyethylene

They block the passage of moisture, water and heat owing to their closed cell structures. Produced through the extrusion production technique, polyethylene foams provide convenience at the application point with their elastic structure. They do not contain any toxic gases and they are the indispensable economic materials for the packaging and construction sector.

Physical Polyethylene

They block the passage of moisture, water and heat owing to their closed cell structures. Thanks to their special mesh structure provided by the irradiation technology, they are extremely resistant against aging, tearing and deformation. They are preferred owing to their slick surface. They are used as a good sealing element at the application point. They are used as moisture and heat barriers inside the doors in automotive sector through the use of thermoform technology.

Thanks to their smooth surface structure, they are used in medical products which require comfort.

Chemical Polyethylene

They are easily shaped and are good moisture barriers while they are also being widely used in industry owing to their sound, heat and vibration absorbency. Chemical polyethylene foams, which are available in different densities and colours, are preferred by many industries owing to their low-cost.

They are used as sealing gaskets, shock absorbers and for sound and heat insulation in automotive, white appliances and electric-electronic industries. They are used as a moisture barrier for underfloor applications in construction sector while also being used in the production of shoe innersole and facings.
